This contains pomegranate molasses and sumac, which are not store cupboard ingredients and it takes a bit longer than 15 minutes BUT it is SO GOOD I wanted to share it. It’s based on a recipe by Emma Spitzer and there are never any leftovers! Enjoy
Vietnamese chicken spring rolls. A delicious summer meal made with 2 chicken breasts that fed 5 of us easily. The Vietnamese rice paper isn’t a store cupboard ingredient but can be bought in most big supermarkets. Delicious
NB Make sure you buy the wrappers that are made of rice. The ones with wheat will not work. They may be called rice paper wrappers or Vietnamese spring roll wrappers
