Salmon and Tuna Sushi

This Sushi is quick and easy to make. I just prep everything and leave it on the table for everyone to make their own. That way I have no complaints. We make a few extras for packed lunch the next day too.

Slow Cooker Orange Chicken

SLOW COOKER ORANGE 🍊 CHICKEN. Quick to make…. moist and delicious, and it cooks all day whilst you get on with everything else! NB – sweet chilli sauce is full of sugar so I use my sugar free, sweet chilli sauce. (See recipe under ‘Other’ section of my website)

Sweet Chilli Sauce

The ingredients in this homemade sweet chilli sauce are just CHILLIES, GARLIC, AGAVE SYRUP AND VINEGAR.

The ingredients in shop bought sweet chilli sauce are (in quantity order) …. water, sugar then chillies, garlic, modified tapioca starch, acid and salt.

This is delicious served with with thai dishes, fish, meat or cheese sandwiches!

It is spicy and sweet so is ideal for those in the family who prefer stronger flavours!

Banana and Blueberry Cake

BANANA AND BLUEBERRY CAKE. This cake took me just 8 minutes to prep. It contains no refined sugar – it is sweetened with just 3 tbs agave syrup or honey and the blueberries. Not too sweet but was moist and tasty 😋 Only half the cake left by this morning.

Cod Parcels with Spinach, Tomato and Garlic

Super simple – took me 8 minutes to prep dinner for 5 of us. Cod is an excellent source of vitamin B12, omega-3 fatty acids and a low fat protein.

Poached Salmon Noodles

This is a delicious, quick, fish recipe. You can use a variety of different vegetables and it can easily be made to suit everyone’s preferences. It’s a one pot meal so no additional cooking needed.

The video has parcels in it but now I just cover each individual pot with foil. Alternatively you can make it all in one big pot.
