These sesame spinach balls make a great snack, starter, nibbles or a side dish and are a brilliant way of getting kids to eat spinach. I make up the sauce and leave it in the fridge. When we want the balls, I just boil up A LOT of spinach, form into balls, drizzle with the sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Simple and delicious.
